All membership applications and liability forms may be completed and memberships purchased in the 娱乐 & 健康 office or at the Rec Center Customer Service desk.
You may also obtain a membership via the following methods:

Purple/校友/社区成员
Complete the membership application forms at your convenience with the Rec Center Purple/校友/社区成员 Application. You must still turn the completed forms in and make your payment at the Rec Center office.

If you are a full- or part-time employee, you can find 黄金会员 information (application, liability form and FAQs) on the Employee Portal > FS Info > Employee 健康. If paying by payroll deduction, you may arrange to pay for this membership online.
